Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we would rather know early. Cancel more than 48 hours before your sitting and the redeemable part of your fee (USD 20 per guest) is refunded in full. The USD 5 per guest that covers the reservation and boat transfer is not refunded.

Cancel within 48 hours of your sitting and the fee is not refunded, because the seats can no longer realistically be resold.

If you do not arrive for your reservation, the fee is not refunded.

You may move a reservation to another date or sitting once, free of charge, if you ask more than 48 hours beforehand and there is space. Later than that, or a second change, is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

If Blue Oasis cancels your reservation for any reason, including weather, you are refunded in full or moved to another date, whichever you prefer. Weather cancellations are decided and communicated the day before you are due to travel.
