This policy explains what Blue Oasis does with the information you give us when you book.

When you make a reservation we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your booking: the date, sitting, deck, number of guests and any request you tell us about. We collect this because we cannot hold a table, take you across or contact you about your booking without it.

Payment is handled by our payment provider. Card details are entered with them and are never stored on our systems.

We use your email address to send your booking confirmation and a reminder before your sitting. We only send marketing if you have asked us to, and you can stop it at any time.

We keep reservation records for as long as we need them for our accounts and for handling any question about a past booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers who help us run the booking and take payment.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Our website uses only the cookies needed to keep your booking session working. We do not use advertising cookies.
