These terms apply when you book a table at Blue Oasis or use this website.

A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been taken and you have received a booking reference. Until then, seats are held but not secured.

Your booking reference, and the QR code issued with it, is what admits your party at the departure point. Please have it with you.

Guests are carried to and from the venue on our boat. Please follow the crew instructions at all times while boarding, on the water and on the decks.

We may refuse service or decline to carry anyone whose behaviour puts other guests or our crew at risk.

Menu items and prices may change, and dishes depend on what the sea and our suppliers provide on the day. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order.

Blue Oasis is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.

Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Tanzanian consumer law.
